Something you may not know about me is....I LOVE food! I love eating food, cooking food, shopping for food. I love food! And there's nothing wrong with that.
Each Friday I will post a recipe or cool food related item for you to enjoy. The recipes I share will be ones that have been prepared and consumed in our little house. They will also be subjected to the very discerning taste buds of my two little girls.
I strive to make delicious, healthy and seasonal meals for my family with local &/or organic ingredients whenever possible.
A few things to note:
1. We are wheat free - not necessarily gluten free, but all the recipes can be adjusted accordingly to include wheat for those who consume it.
2. We are sugar-free - well for the most part. There may be small amounts of something sweet or fruity, but there shall not be any white sugar anywhere. (curious why no sugar - check out I Quit Sugar by Sarah Wilson )
3. The recipes will be healthy, tasty and easy!
