Hello 2015! I'm back!

To start, I would just like to apologize for the past few weeks as I fell off the face of the Earth for a bit.  Between Christmas and family, work and school the last month has been more than a bit hectic.  And I will admit it has been more than a little difficult and stressful trying to balance all my commitments.  So I'm sorry...please forgive me.

But I'm happy to report that I am BACK!  Happy New Year and I hope everyone had a great holiday season.  I have spent the last few days reflecting on 2014 and developing a plan for a totally awesome 2015!

Last year my New Year's Resolution was NOURISH.  And I'd say I did fairly well at satisfying that desire.  I nourished my body, my mind and my soul.  With a focus on eating better, exercising more, expanding my knowledge through education and taking time for me and my family I feel that I definitely nourished myself.

And now it's 2015.  What does that mean? What do I want to accomplish? Where will I go?  I may not have all the answers, but my theme for 2015 is:


  • Explore new places
  • Explore the power of food and nutrition
  • Explore the strength of my body and mind
  • Explore everyday with my family
  • Explore the things that scare me
  • Explore silence and just being
  • Explore my dreams
  • Explore new relationships 
  • Explore how to be me

  • So here's to 2015 and bring lots of new adventures to me and my family. I'm so looking forward to becoming an explorer in my own life!
